This is an on-call contract. No quantity of work or payment is guaranteed. However, for the bidder’s reference, approximately $300,000 worth of similar repair work was performed in 2022.
Work includes emergency and non-emergency on-call repairs, including excavation, facility equipment, pipes, and structures at Upper Blackstone Clean Water. Work will primarily be done on a non-emergency basis.
Emergency on-call repairs to facility equipment, piping, and structures.
- Contractor must have a superintendent, foreman or other responsible person on-site within 4 hours of an emergency call.
- Full work crew, including equipment, must respond and be on site within 8 hours of notification.
Non-Emergency on-call maintenance and repairs to facility equipment, piping, and structures
- Non-emergency work will be scheduled with UBCW and scope will be defined via a work order.
