This is an on-call contract. No quantity of work or payment is guaranteed. However, for the bidder’s reference, approximately $40,000 worth of similar repair work was performed in 2022.

Work includes emergency and non-emergency on-call maintenance and repairs to facility wires, control panels, and electrical equipment. Work will primarily be done on a non-emergency basis.

Contractor must have a superintendent, foreman or other responsible person on-site within 4 hours of an emergency call.
Full work crew, including equipment, must respond and be on site within 8 hours of notification.

Non-emergency work will be scheduled with UBCW and scope will be defined via a work order.
