Upper Blackstone Clean Water invites Statements of Qualifications to be received for Solids Processing Complex HVAC Upgrades, at the Upper Blackstone Clean Water Facility at 50 US-20, Millbury, MA 01527 in accordance with the Request for Qualifications, dated March 2023.

The Scope of Work consists of a comprehensive analysis and redesign of the HVAC systems in the Solids Processing Complex (SPC). The SPC consists of three individual, but connected, buildings; the Incinerator Building, the Dewatering Building and the Thickener Building. Two systems in the SPC are prioritized for replacement: an existing gas-fired boiler (6,495 MBH input, 5,230 MBH output) installed in 1997 and a waste heat recovery system; and three 15-ton self-contained DX ACUs installed in 2004. The total building floor area is approximately 50,600 sf.

Statements of Qualifications will be received until 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday April 19, 2023. All Statements of Qualifications should be submitted to ddescheneau@ubcleanwater.org and received no later than the date and time specified above.
