As of the calendar year 2024 reporting period, annual pretreatment reports are electronic form-fillable reports generated through EPA’s NPDES Electronic Reporting Tool for Pretreatment Program Annual Reports (NetPPR). The public can access these reports through EPA’s permit search website. To search for annual pretreatment reports for Upper Blackstone Clean Water, please select NPDES in the Program field, Pretreatment in the Program Area field, EPA Region 1 in the Issuer field, Annual Reports in the Document Type field, and enter MA0102369 in the NPDES ID field.
