Peak Performance Award

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies has recognized Upper Blackstone Clean Water with a silver award for outstanding permit complicance during 2020. Silver Awards are presented to facilities with no more than five violations per calendar year. With over 3000 individual compliance parameters every year, this is a significant accomplishment and we appreciate the recognition of our ongoing stewardship by our environmental professionals.
